Aaron was born and raised here in Augusta County and his love for the mountains and local community prompted him to stay. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science from James Madison University in 2015 and attended Emory and Henry School of Health Sciences for his doctorate degree in physical therapy. Aaron is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and combines both manual therapy, therapeutic, and advanced exercise techniques in his clinical practice. He is an avid powerlifter and when not under a heavy barbell, you can generally find him outdoors dodging rocks in a kayak, hiking, or reading a new book (sometimes before finishing his last one).
