No! While we offer memberships designed for young athletes, we also offer memberships for those looking to maintain a fitness routine, improve overall wellbeing, or improve performance. We also provide physical therapy services to the injured or hurting no matter their sports background. 

All of our memberships include individualized sports performance programming, movement correction, assessment from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist but vary based on frequency of workouts, age, and additional coaching or facility usage needs.

While we do accept most commercial insurances and Medicare we also offer affordable cash options for your treatment. Call for pricing so we can work WITH YOU for an affordable solution!

Yes, for your evaluation and follow-up sessions, an appointment is necessary and will ensure you get the treatment and benefit you deserve.

No, one of my favorite mentors taught me a saying “ALL PAIN, NO BRAIN” to offset the old school saying “No pain no gain.” Physical therapy is to get you better, not feel worse.

We have several membership plans for those looking to transition to performance training. Our memberships cover everything from general fitness to performance sport training. Depending on your goals, we have the right membership for you. 

This will depend on your individual condition, however, clients can usually expect treatments 1-2 times per week for roughly 4-6 weeks.
